Who we are

Loncapa Autosolver ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at loncapaautosolver.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it. Questions or requests can be sent to support@loncapaautosolver.com.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run accounts, process payments, and prevent abuse:

• Account information: your email address and a securely hashed and salted version of your password (we never store your password in plain text). We also record the IP address and timestamp of account creation, sign-in, and email verification.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We receive limited transaction metadata from Stripe (such as a customer ID, checkout session ID, and which plan you purchased) so we can grant access to your account.
• Usage information: each time you run the solver while signed in, we record the timestamp, your account email, and your IP address, to track usage and detect abuse of free access limits.
• Assignment content you paste: the HTML you paste into the solver is processed in memory to generate your results and is not stored by us beyond what's needed to handle that request.
• Cookies: we set one first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use this information

• To create and secure your account, and verify your email address.
• To process payments and grant the access you purchased.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including detecting misuse.
• To send you account-related emails (verification, receipts, and support replies). We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share limited data with the service providers ("sub-processors") that let us run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google (Google Sheets) — secure storage of account and usage records.
• Resend and/or Porkbun — delivery of transactional email (verification links, receipts, support replies).
• Render — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where your data is processed

Our hosting, storage, and email providers operate infrastructure in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country.

Data retention

We keep account and usage records for as long as your account exists, or as needed for the purposes described above (including fraud prevention and legal compliance). You can request deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email support@loncapaautosolver.com from the address on your account and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you (such as posting a notice on the site or emailing you).
